FAQ

Questions before you enrol

Can't find your answer? Send us a message from the contacts page and we will reply personally.

Do I need previous experience to join?

No. The Foundation Gallery Course starts from the basics. The Pro Operator Programme is best once you are comfortable with the fundamentals of switching and talkback.

What equipment will I use?

You train on a working multi-camera gallery with a vision mixer, multiviewer wall, replay and graphics systems, and a talkback network, in groups of no more than six per desk.

Does the course cover both television and streaming?

Yes. We teach broadcast-style gallery workflows and the streaming chain side by side, so you can move between television, events and online productions.

Can my company book a private cohort?

Yes. Our Studio Residency is built around your team and your kit. Contact us with your goals and we will put together a tailored programme.

Will the course guarantee me a job?

No course can promise that. We give you real operating practice, honest feedback and a clear understanding of how live productions are run in the UK.
